wow, well once again I'm overcome with all the international attention I've gotten so far. I didn't know that this existed?! Its great to see us cats getting the exposure we deserve, if I was a person I'd probably think it was a little disturbing though...

Here's a few pic's to keep you all satisfied for now. And yes, pictures with kangaroo's are coming soon!
on patrol
early wake ups are common on the farm, yes even in winter
...and pose'

Ciao for now, Brrrr

That last picture is the one that Kate has on the fridge. I'm still not sure how I feel about her having a picture of anothercat on the fridge, but as long as the cat food keeps coming, I'm not too worried. How awesome is the Cat Blogosphere? That's how I've made so many awesome kitty friends around the world. Glad you can be a part of it!

Hi Axel,
I just discovered your blog. My name is Muffin and I live in Florida. I'm originally from Connecticut, which is a state in the northeastern United States and quite different from here.
I live with my Mommy and a guinea pig named Midnight.
I'm a large orange tabbyand am about 13 years old.

Aaahh, look at you all tucked into bed. You look cute.

You look all snuggly in the bed. We wish we had an outside like you have, but we live in a condo. A farm looks like a nice place to be.

yes, yes i am. And I know it. I take after my daddy...

It get very cold here on winter mornings. Though that picture was taken last year, its starting to get chilly now. Im not used to the 'dry' winters in Melbourne. I liked it better in Hobart when it was cold AND wet.

I'd like to request a minute's silence to commemorate the passing of Tassie. It was around this time last year that he moved on to a better (or possibly worse) place.

R.I.P. Tas.

Looks good Axel. Mum says it looks like you have vines in the back that would make something she would like to drink.

Yes there are lots of us! So many it is hard to keep track of us all. But we always like to welcome someone new.

For those of you who don't know the cat that Pryderi was talking about, Tassie was one of the meanest, fiercest cats in the history of the universe. He is a legend among Tasmanian cats. And yes, he went to the Bridge around a year ago. Poor Tas. So angry, so loved, so misunderstood...

Hi Axel, Pablo sent me over to say 'Hello'. I live in London but my girl human is from Australia (Surfers Paradise apparently). Living on a farm looks very exciting. We have lots of grass and trees here in Wimbledon but no farms. FAZ

Oh, I love that picture of you tucked into bed like a baby!

Pablo sleeps under the covers like that too. I like the picture of you at work. You look very serious and in control of things.

Thanks for getting a picture of a kangaroo.

wow! That is a lot of places to check out. Those covers look warm and cozy. I'm not sure I'd be cut out for waking up early. Sometimes I'm still on the bed when my mommy leaves for work. That makes her jealous espcially when it is cold.
Can't wait to see more pictures and hear more of your adventures!

Thanks for the share. We love the photo of you Axel climbing up that big hill towards the top. You are just like us. We have the same look on our faces for when it's time to get up in the morning. Lovely photos. Have a great day.
